Different paths of support for different seasons of becoming.

For those navigating change, uncertainty, or inner transition.

This work is relational, selective, and grounded in lived experience.

Please note: I currently work only with adults ages 21 and older.

You may feel aligned with this work if…

You feel like something in your life is shifting… but you can’t fully name it yet.

You are carrying a lot internally and are looking for space to process it.

You are moving through change, loss, growth, or identity shifts.

You don’t need someone to fix you…but you don’t want to do it alone.

You’re looking for something grounded, relational, and real.

Guided Reflection & Integration

A steady place to land and begin.

A fox standing on a rock by a glowing stream in a mystical forest with purple trees and pink glowing lights.

Ongoing relational support for integration, discernment, nervous system steadiness, and grounded personal growth.

Some come for a season.
Some stay longer.

This is the steady ground beneath everything else.

Sacred Becoming Intensive

A carefully prepared and personalized experience for those engaging deeper transformational work with preparation and integration woven in.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.

Entered with discernment, readiness, and mutual clarity.

A mystical outdoor scene in a forest with a tree stump at the center. On the stump are a lit candle, a bowl of smoldering stones, and various objects such as a feather, a small bundle, and a staff. There are two round cushions, one purple and one black, placed on the ground on either side. The scene is illuminated by soft, warm light with tiny glowing orbs floating in the air, creating an enchanted atmosphere.

A deeper immersive path of intentional work.

Nature & Horse Guided Reflection

Embodied reflection through relationship with the natural world.

A black horse with a white spiral symbol on its forehead standing in a mystical forest with purple flowers and glowing pink lights.

Experiential support shaped by presence, embodiment, and connection with horses and the land.

Not performance. Not spectacle.

But relationship, awareness, and reflection.

Please note: I currently work only with adults ages 21 and older.

Emerging Group Work

A nighttime outdoor scene in a forest with a circle of colorful pillows around a woven rug, lit candles, and string lights hanging from trees, creating a cozy, magical atmosphere.

Small group experiences rooted in reflection, consent, connection, and intentional community.

Group offerings are approached slowly and with care.

Some gatherings may include guided reflection, shared ritual, nature based experiences, integration support, or relational process work within a grounded and intentionally held space.

Not every space is for everyone.
Group experiences are developed with pacing, readiness, and mutual alignment in mind.

Larger events or public facilitation requests may be referred outward when outside the scope of this work.
